Harlan, IA and Plano, TX – October 30, 2017 – Heartland Technology Group and Service Leadership today announced a new five-year extension to their strategic partnership delivering Service Leadership Index® benchmarking to HTG’s peer group members worldwide.
This represents the second enhanced extension to the partnership established by the two companies in 2008. Under the new extension, all Solution Provider members of HTG’s face-to-face peer groups will continue to participate in the latest version of the industry-leading quarterly Service Leadership Index benchmark.
